Bell Staff are located at the Main Entrance inside of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Our knowledgeable Concierge team can assist you with all of your travel plans while you’re staying with us. From dinner reservations or a drive along the stunning coastline, to surfing, exploring the hottest new neighborhoods, we encourage guests to experience the local flavor.
Stop by the Concierge Desk, located on the lobby level, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. everyday.
Pets are welcome at Fairmont Century Plaza. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Service dogs are always welcome and exempt from restrictions.

We are pleased to offer several rooms that are fully accessible for guests who use wheelchairs and other mobility devices. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
