Bar BenFiddich Pop-up at Fairmont Century Plaza

For one night only, experience the magic of Tokyo’s Bar Benfiddich—ranked among the world’s best bars by World’s 50 Best—as it takes over Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles on March 13th, from 10:00 to 11:30 PM.

Helmed by renowned Japanese mixologist Hiroyasu Kayama, Bar Benfiddich is celebrated for its “farm-to-bar” philosophy, crafting extraordinary cocktails with ingredients sourced directly from Kayama’s own farm. Recognized with the Roku Industry Icon Award, Kayama continues to push the boundaries of mixology. Bar Benfiddich was named Japan’s Best Bar in 2023 and ranks No. 4 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars and No. 25 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024.

Guests will savor four signature cocktails, including:

Adding to the ambiance, Tsugu-san from We Share Records will spin a curated selection of Japanese City Pop from 9:00 – 11:30 PM.
