The second episode in the series, “Reimagining a Los Angeles Icon,” went live on Tuesday and features Fairmont Century Plaza, highlighting three of our very own hotel team members: Philip Barnes, Duane Mah and Magdaleena Nikolov. In this episode, they describe the ambitions behind the transformation and the experiences created to meet guest expectations while preserving the hotel’s incredible heritage and anchoring it within the local community.
